Ideas? Suggestions? Feedback? Just hit “reply”. I’d love to hear from you!

One Actionable Insight

I asked Jared C. Wilson what he’s say to a pastor who wants to build a culture of discipleship. His answer: lead by example. Start discipling people yourself. People will start to see it as part of the normal Christian life.

Jared gave the example of Robby Gallaty, a pastor who leads a discipleship ministry called Replicate Ministries. He started by just grabbing a couple of guys and discipling them, and it’s turned into an entire discipleship ministry.

Takeaway: There are no shortcuts to building a culture of discipleship. The best way to begin is to model it yourself.

Question: If you haven’t already done so, how can you get started?
